CMS Watch has to report that the ECM vendors have given up on trying to get enterprises to manage their content and they say they should now just to revert back to the old methods used in the good old days. Remeber the F: drive? It’s back, this time as unindex and unusable as it was before… only 10 years later.
This change in policy will have far reaching effects in the industry… almost as far as the end of the road and back which, when I was a boy, was a pretty long way.
